New technology means new opportunities. We are actively looking for experienced and business savvy engineers to help us grow our business. As opposed to traditional Sales Engineering, you would be expected to have short term engagements with customers, performing tasks such as customization, training, and initial support. A mastery of exploratory engineering is essential here to help deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Willingness to travel
  • Short term Proof of Concept engineering and support
  • Support achievement of quarterly sales bookings objectives
  • Reduce/eliminate technical obstacles for winning technical recommendations
  • Provide references/proof that PoC is architecturally sound, and operationally manageable
  • Provide technical training for customer developers and operations
  • Help promote and creating sales technical collateral such as Webinars and White-papers
  • Communicate customer requirements with the Product Management Team so we can continuously improve our offering
  • Customer focused R&D
  • Create/Promote costumer focused demos that can be used by by sales representatives
