Design / UX Intern New York or remote
At Nodejitsu, user experience is a top priority across our entire platform and all open-source offerings. Our users are mostly developers, but we strive to lower the entry barrier to application hosting and deployment for everyone through simple user experience. As a Design / UX Intern, it would be your job to continue to convey this experience through your use of graphic art, interface design, typography, and general design skills.

Responsibilities
- Create mockups and wireframes for core Nodejitsu web-based products
- Design components for Nodejitsu web-based products
- Work closely with Senior Front-End engineers to bring your design vision to reality
- Use typography and design principles to create templates for product documentation
- Create Nodejitsu marketing collateral and branding assets
Requirements
- High aptitude for self-management
- Experience using Git and GitHub
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Portfolio of Design work to be reviewed
- Availability to report on-site in Amsterdam
Preferred
- Node.js or Javascript programming experience
